Light/Laser/LED

Ocean Optics spectrometers and accessories can be configured easily into small-footprint systems for measuring the absolute or relative irradiance of many different light sources.
Our modular concept allows users to configure spectrometers for photometric measurements or to combine spectrometers with light collection accessories such as integrating spheres and cosine correctors for spectroradiometric analysis. Our offering falls into three primary categories:
Light Measurement
Measure the absolute or relative irradiance of incandescent lights, gas-discharge lamps and other sources.
Laser Characterization
Configure setups for characterizing tunable laser wavelength, laser bandwidth and laser line width.
LED Measurement
Use our spectrometers and software to determine absolute spectral intensity values (in watts, joules, lumens or candela), color parameters (including X, Y, Z and L*, a*, b*), and features such as dominant wavelength, peak wavelength, centroid and FWHM.

Laser Characterization
Small-footprint, high-resolution spectrometers for laser wavelengths from 200-2500 nm.
